After more than 24 years of service, Clay County Clerk Sheila Stone officially retired Friday, August 14th.
Throughout her more than two decades of service, Stone became known for her knowledge, dedication and commitment to the people of Clay County.

As she begins retirement, Stone said she looks forward to slowing down, spending more time with family, and having more time to relax.
Stone will be greatly missed by those she worked with and served throughout the county. Community members wish her the best as she begins this new chapter in retirement.
