

Dottie Mae Arnold (nee Bragg), 85, entered into eternal rest Monday, April 13, 2026, in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Dottie was born on July 17, 1940, in Clay County, West Virginia, daughter of the late Garrett and Norene Bragg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Arnold, Jr., daughter, Deborah S. Arnold and infant brother, Randolph Bragg.
Commonly regarded as kind and one of a kind, Dottie was loyal to her faith, family, and friends and felt laughter could get people through the toughest of times.
She is survived by her loving children, Michael (Amy) Arnold and Denise (Doug) Toothman; grandchildren, Emilee (Oliver) Pohl and Joshua (Samantha) Arnold; great-granddaughter, Myla Pohl; siblings, Karen (Freddie) Seabolt and Duane (Delores) Bragg; nieces, Melissa (Steve) Cole and Tracey (Matt) Adkins; nephews, Garrett (Sarah) Bragg and Evan (Heather) Bragg; great-nieces, Samantha Shaver, Alexis (Aaron) Willey, Stephanie (Devon) Edwards, Chelsey Sue Adkins, Isabella Adkins, Riley Adkins, Riley Bragg and Emilynn Bragg; great-great-nephews, Lincoln Willey, Ledger Willey, Connor Arbogast and Clifford Brown; step-grandchildren, Danielle Toothman, Geoffrey (Kristen) Toothman and Lindsey (David) Salazar; and step-great-grandchildren, Willie Toothman, Waylon Toothman, Wyatt Toothman, Colbie Toothman, Connor Salazar and Alia Salazar.
Interment was held at the serene Bragg Family Cemetery in Clay County, West Virginia on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 2 PM.
